Tilistar Oy is an authorized member of The Association of Finnish Accounting Firms. The company was founded in 1987 and has offices located in Hyvinkää (Riihimäenkatu 87) and in Vantaa (Vapaalantie 2 B 21). Our legal domicile is in Vantaa.
Tilistar Oy has 30 permanent employees, all of whom are fully trained in accounting and payroll tasks. All of our employees are Commercial College graduates and Bachelor of Business Administration and a number of them are certified accountants.
Approximately half of our employees work within our client companies - in their premises and using their equipment and programs. Such assignments may entail taking care of all or part of the client's financial administration. Our client base, located in and around the Helsinki metropolitan area, comprises small and medium-sized companies representing a varied cross-section of the commercial, service and industrial fields.
Tilistar Oy provides a comprehensive range of services including, for example, accounting services, payment transfers, payables and receivables ledgers, payroll and personnel management, VAT and taxation affairs, secretarial services, financial administration training, training and recruitment of financial personnel, financial management and authorized auditor services.
Our company has at its disposal a range of up-to-date computer hardware and software. In our offices we use Sonet, a financial management system by Novo. This program offers a flexible range of reporting alternatives, budget follow up, electronic data transfer, consolidated company accounts and fixed-assets accounting.
Our range of electronic data transfer possibilities make for more efficient financial management, e.g. KATSO services, HTML output, e-mail / letters, and extensions. We can send monthly reports electronically, invoices and download data from other systems into our own.
Our financial management system enables remote login, thus allowing our clients to input invoicing directly into our system. In this way it is also possible to share financial management tasks with our clients.
